Georgia Salesperson Pre-License CourseThis is the required pre-license education course for individuals pursuing a Georgia real estate salesperson license and approved by Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to fulfill the 75-hour Salesperson Pre-License Requirement to become a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Agent. The 75-hour course covers essential real estate topics, including: Real Estate Principles and Practices, Forms of Property Ownership, Rights and Interests in Real Property, Agency Relationships, Georgia License Laws, Rules, and Regulations, Transfer of Title, Leases and Contracts, Fair Housing, Real Estate Financing, Property Valuation and Appraisals, Real Estate Transactions, and Contract-to-Closing Procedures
Our instructors are actively engaged in real estate and bring practical industry knowledge and experience into the classroom.Â
