Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements
To obtain a Georgia real estate salesperson license, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a high school graduate or have a GED equivalent
• Successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson pre-license course
• Pass the school final exam
• Pass the Georgia real estate state exam with a score of 72% or higher
• Georgia real estate law and license requirements
• Agency relationships
• Real estate contracts
• Property ownership and interests
• Real estate financing
• Pricing and valuation concepts
• Closings and settlement procedures
• Property management
• Real estate calculations
• Georgia-specific real estate practices
• Course final exam preparation
CEMSORE pre-license instructors provide the required classroom hours while helping students prepare for the Georgia real estate state exam.
