Georgia Real Estate License Requirements
To obtain a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License, applicants must:
Successfully complete a 75-Hour Salesperson Pre-License Course
Pass the Georgia State Licensing Exam with a score of 72% or higher
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
CEMSORE’s Georgia Real Estate Commission-approved course provides the required classroom instruction while helping students prepare for the Georgia real estate licensing exam.
GREC Course Approval Number: 72031
After successful course completion, CEMSORE electronically reports student hours to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) within two business days.

Class Format: LIVE In-Person or LIVE via Zoom
Class Sessions: 25 Evening Sessions
Class Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, unless otherwise noted
Class Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
